The agreement between you and CJO Solutions LLC when you use Legacy Drawer. We have kept it short and in plain words. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Legacy Drawer lets you store messages and documents, encrypted on your own device, and have them released to people you choose: on a date you pick, or when you stop answering check-in emails. It also lets you exchange encrypted messages with the people you are connected to. Your content is encrypted with keys that only you hold; we never have them, and we cannot read what you store.
Do not use Legacy Drawer to store or send anything unlawful, to harass or threaten anyone, or to infringe someone else's rights. Do not try to break the encryption, the service, or other people's accounts, and do not create accounts by automated means. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Legacy Drawer has a free plan and paid plans. The plans, prices and billing periods are shown to you at the time of purchase, and by purchasing you agree to pay them. Prices may change for future periods; we will tell you before a change applies to you. Taxes are added where the law requires.
All payments are final. No refunds or credits are given for any reason, including unused time, except where the law requires one.
You can cancel a subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for; the subscription simply does not renew. Nothing is cut short at the moment of cancellation.
If we offer a lifetime plan, "lifetime" means the lifetime of the service, not the lifetime of the user. A lifetime subscription lasts for as long as Legacy Drawer is operated as a service, and ends if the service is discontinued (see section 10 for how we would tell you and give you time to take your content with you).
We rely on providers for hosting, storage, email delivery, and the database, as named in the Privacy Policy. They hold what we send them in encrypted form and do not have your keys.
Legacy Drawer is provided "as is" and on a best-effort basis. We work to keep it running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If we ever decide to discontinue the service, we will announce it by email in advance and give you time to download your content before it closes.
To the extent the law allows, CJO Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost data, lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from your use of Legacy Drawer, including an item released or not released under the rules you set, a forgotten password, or a missed check-in. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, to one hundred US dollars.
If someone brings a claim against us because of content you stored or sent, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
When these terms change we update the effective date at the top and add a line to the change log below. If a change matters, we tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Legacy Drawer after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
